At **Munro Footwear Group (MFG)**, we're committed to fostering a safe, healthy, and supportive workplace. We're seeking a **Safety, Wellbeing & Injury Advisor** to play a key role in ensuring best practices in workplace health and safety, injury prevention, and injury management.

**About the role**
- Support MFG's business objectives and WHS strategic plan
- Manage workers compensation, including compliance with legislative requirements and collaboration with payroll/finance to ensure workers compensation payments and reimbursements are processed correctly
- Assist the HR team in handling non-work-related injuries
- Actively engage with WHS Manager, Brokers, Insurers and relevant parties
- Provide guidance, advice and coaching to team members and leaders across Retail, DC and Support Office
- Assist the WHS Manager in the development, implementation and maintenance of WHS policies, guidelines, and procedures

**About you**
- Experience implementing and overseeing WHS within Retail
- Outstanding interpersonal skills that enable engaging internal and external stakeholder communication
- Current knowledge of workers' compensation and safe work legislation
- Knowledgeable in interpreting medical and legal reports
- High levels of experience with various Microsoft Office programs
