Your new role
- Effectively communicate verbally, including face to face, and in writing with, claimants, claimants,’ employers management, Work Cover insurance agent
- Carry out the role of return-to-work coordinator o monitor injured workers’ capacity to return to work
- What you'll need to succeed
- An industry related qualification or equivalent practical experience in the management of personal injury compensation claims.
- Excellent ability to work under pressure and prioritise work by systematically managing a volume caseload.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to a diverse range of clients.
