**Your key responsibilities**:

- Prioritise, supervise, and coordinate selected new works, trade resources, contracted services and supply of materials, tool, plant and equipment, Mandatory qualifications/Professional registration/Other requirements within SCHHS facilities.
- In consultation with Management, prepare scopes of work and quotations for the supply of services and equipment for upgrades and modifications to SCHHS assets.
- Supervise each project undertaken to ensure timeframes are maintained, expenditure will not exceed allocated budget and evaluate on completion to ensure that the scope of work has been achieved.
- Contribute to ongoing development of policies, procedures, task specifications and safe work practices.
