Rare opportunity for an experienced program level coordinator who is seeking to enhance their career by supporting a high-profile cybersecurity program. Joining a reputable leader within the healthcare sector, you will work amongst some of the very best cybersecurity leaders in the country to deliver key projects over the next 2 years. This role suits a self-starter who embraces new challenges and has strong experience managing multiple stakeholder groups including senior management.

You will bring previous experience in establishing, implementing and monitoring program dependencies, ensuring that processes meet best practice and PMO methodology. Working in a dynamic, team environment, you will demonstrate a natural ability to develop relationships with diverse individuals whilst leading them through change.

**To be considered you will demonstrate the following skills / experience**:

- 7+ program coordination experience ideally in an enterprise organisation. Healthcare experience is desirable
- Previous experience supporting cybersecurity uplift programs - mandatory
- Strong understanding of various project methodologies including PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK
- Strong ability to navigate large, complex stakeholder environments
- Previous change management experience
- Strong analytical, time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to motivate and influence people at all levels of an organisation
