- Mandatory to Proactively generating leads from door knocking, open homes /private inspections and cold calls
- Phone calls for open home invitation.
- Availability for directional and attending open homes/private inspections
- Proficiently prepare the advertisement for new listings
- Assisting in developing and creating opportunities to achieve sales goals
- Other Adhoc duties including keys delivery and providing access to bank valuers and pest and building inspectors if required.
- preparing condition reports as guided by property manager in rental department
- Essential to have car and weekend availability a must.
