**Privacy Information Analyst**

**Grade 05/06, Ongoing - Two Roles**

**About this role**

As the Privacy Information Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, registration, recertification and reporting in line with a well-established process and by using tools categorically designed and available for this purpose.

You will be supported by dedicated and knowledgeable colleagues and contribute to the success of this cluster priority. We use Service Integration and Management as our framework, and this has been built on best practices from COBIT and ITIL. This knowledge and documentation will be shared to assist with your work.

**A little bit about you**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand process work in a timely fashion and ensure integrity of data received.
- Strong reporting skills to ensure the right message and criticality is delivered regularly to the stakeholders.
- Drive improvements in the prescribed ways of working to deliver efficiency and sustainability of the process and responsibilities.
- Aided with an accepted policy, work closely with key stakeholders in the cluster to participate in avenues and discussions which will help us improve our services information handling posture.
- Able to communicate, report and drive multiple internal and external teams to follow our ways of working and drive corrections where necessary.
- Open to learning and listening and enjoy working collaboratively with peers and providers to improve employee and customer experience.

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Work within the agreed framework and tool capabilities to receive, record and recertify necessary information for enhanced information management.
- Document findings and drive process improvements to make the information management process more effective and efficnet, and
- Participate in available change advisory boards, stand ups, review meetings and similar engagement across the cluster to ensure enforcement of agreed policy. Request and look out for more avenues to drive the required outcome.
- Create and Report to required stakeholders across the cluster on agreed parameters, with an objective to constantly automate and improve on our reporting requirements.
- Help with other responsibilities where bandwidth is available and as and when requested
