**About the Role**

Reporting to the DC Manager, the Site Coordinator provides administrative and safety assistance across the site. Responsible for providing efficient, effective and professional administrative support for the areas of finance & procurement, payroll & people, new starter management, and pallet management. The role will also assist the Site Safety Officer with compliance & safety activities including, but not limited to training matrix management, return to work plans, SOP reviews, and site safety activities.

This role will co-ordinate non-operational administrative activities for the DC and assist with functions and events on site and provide support for onboarding new permanent and agency casuals when required. Ensuring appropriate relationships with key stakeholders including National Office, Finance, Onsite Contractors, and other DC’s.

**About you**
- Supply Chain / Logistics / Manufacturing experience
- Experience with site safety desirable
- experience in administration
- MS Excel Skills (Particularly Formulas)
- Intermediate / Advanced MS Office skills

Demonstrated ability:

- Ability to interpret EBA
- Use data, knowledge and experience to identify problems potentially impacting teams or programs and proactively develop and implement effective solutions.
- Demonstrated capability to communicate clearly and concisely ensuring messages are understood by all within the team using a range of communication techniques.
- Ability to express ideas clearly, listen effectively and provide feedback constructively.
- Understanding of key drivers of success within teams to enable achievement of organisational goals. Ability to think and plan goals in the long term as well as the present.
- capability to lead continuous improvement activities and encourage team members to identify ineffective processes and contribute to new ideas and ways of working.
