About the Role
The Digital Product Owner - Customer Retention, will focus heavily on the functionality of our CRM and customer engagement tools. This part of our business has grown quickly over the past five years and with that many different systems.
**Key responsibilities include**:
Gain a thorough oversight on the tools the business is currently ustilising to communicate and manage our customer base.
Generating an ongoing pipeline and product roadmap which aligns with our customer strategy.
Champion the customer and ensure the customer strategy is delivered throughout our technology delivery programs.
Owner and SME for the business’ CRM and key customer engagement tools.
Collaborate with different stakeholders to understand and anticipate business and technical objectives.
Provide thought leadership on product roadmap to enable the delivery of key business and Technology programs of work.
About you
You will have proven and successful experience in a mid-senior level role in customer, product, digital or technology.
Prior Product Owner and project management experience in delivering projects in an array of methodologies ie. Lean, Agile and Waterfall.
An individual who is an effective communicator, with excellent stakeholder management skills and has successfully led multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
General knowledge of API integrations and xml schema, plus a functional understanding of HTML, CSS and other web technologies.
An opportunity for ad-hoc semiregular national travel.
