Eazy Gleam is a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer of high-quality automotive and commercial cleaning products. With a strong reputation and long-standing customer relationships, we’re now looking for a confident and capable **Customer Service & Administration Officer** to join our team in Coopers Plains.

As a key point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a central role in day-to-day operations—from handling enquiries and processing orders, to assisting with social media and basic bookkeeping. You’ll be supported with a thorough handover and welcomed into a small, supportive team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process customer orders and generate invoices using internal systems
- Respond to customer queries and concerns with professionalism and care
- Liaise with the sales team to ensure smooth customer service delivery
- Maintain and oversee our small on-site shopfront
- Manage content scheduling and basic engagement across social media platforms
- Support general bookkeeping tasks including data entry and reconciliations

**What You’ll Bring**
- Experience in a customer service or admin role (ideally in a small business or product-based setting)
- Great communication skills—both written and verbal
- Comfortable with accounting and CRM software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or similar)
- Familiarity with social media management tools and posting schedules
- High level of accuracy, initiative, and a willingness to pitch in across tasks
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
