Triple H Automotive is a dedicated car repairs workshop committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every interaction with our clients is a positive experience. With a team of about 10 employees, we are expanding our business to provide more services for our customers while they wait. Our goal is to ensure that our customers feel cared for and experience the highest level of professionalism. We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our team and support our growing customer service efforts.
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls with a high level of courtesy and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information to visitors and callers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area to create a positive first impression.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy, ensuring swift resolution or appropriate escalation.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist in coordinating office events and meetings, ensuring smooth operations.
- Offer refreshments and ensure the waiting area is comfortable for customers.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs and any delays.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
