**Eagers Automotive (AHG) **are looking for an experienced Service Manager to take the lead and develop our large Service Department as a
**Service 2IC** at our
**Paceway Mitsubishi **dealership in
**Osborne Park.**

Paceway Mitsubishi is conveniently located on Scarborough Beach Road in Osborne Park and have won highly Distinguished Dealer on multiple occasions for our exceptional customer service. Duties include:

- Handling a large Daily Volume of Repair Orders
- Effectively leading a large, busy team
- Engaging with customers and staff to deliver an outstanding experience.
- Efficient and profitable operation of the service department.
- Building relationships with all key stake holders of the business.
- Ensuring a safe work environment exists and is maintained following best practices.
- Ultimately satisfying all customers while maintaining department profitability.

**About you**:
You will ideally possess:

- A track record of high performance in the service arena
- Capacity to manage and drive teamwork
- Operate with a high level of Integrity
- Having a personal commitment to success
- Able to implement and maintain change in a busy environment
- Previous experience as a Service Manager
