**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for an enthusiastic **Customer Care Consultant 2IC** to join our customer service team based in **Regency Park SA**, to provide an exceptional level of service to our growing customer base.

As a 2IC for BHP Customer Care you will lead a small team of direct reports in which you will manage the day to day workload and responsibilities for the team whilst receiving coaching, support and development growth from your Customer Care Manager.

Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Act as a role model by leading and coaching a small team (4) of Customer Care Consultants to achieve optimum performance
- Providing an exceptional level of service to internal and external customers at all times
- Manage day-to-day operations of a team and ensure workloads/workflow and schedules are adhered to and maximum output form your team of Customer Care Consultants is achieved
- You will be pro-active in looking for process improvements & solutions that drive the right outcome for both our customer and the business
- Drive a culture of change through effective leadership of your people with the support of your direct manager
- Coaching, development and guidance by your Customer Care Manager and Leadership team to support in leading a small team of direct reports
- Relevant exposure required to set yourself up with further progression in the business
- Exposure to work collaboratively with your Customer Care Manager, other Team Leader and other key stakeholders across the business
- To promote exceptional performance in SA, assist and collaborate with your customer care manager, other team leaders, and important business stakeholders
- Become a visible leader who sets a positive example for your team of customer care consultants to follow

- Proven ability to take on challenging tasks and drive best possible outcomes
- You will be multi-skilled and able to undertake a variety of processes in the system
- Outstanding communication skills coupled with the ability to adapt communication style to suit your customers’ needs
- The ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Lead by example in demonstrating Blackwoods values and behaviours
- To ensure that all KPIs are constantly reached, put your attention on process improvements
- Experience in the past managing a complex customer care team in a high-pressure setting
