**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As the 2IC, you’ll work closely with the General Manager and Kitchen Manager to lead daily operations across the bar, kitchen, and front of house. You’ll support the GM in running shifts, coaching the team, and ensuring that every guest leaves happier than when they arrived. You’re the GM’s right hand - ready to lead the venue in their absence and help drive success every day.

**Your role will include**:

- Leadership & Team Development:_
Motivate, coach, and inspire your team to perform at their best every shift. Support recruitment, training, and development to build a strong, high-performing crew.
- Operations & Standards:_
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service, quality food and drinks, and an exceptional guest experience. Follow and enforce all procedures, checklists, and station manuals.
- Guest Experience:_
Lead by example on the floor - greet guests, solve problems quickly, and make every visit memorable.
- Food & Beverage Quality:_
Work with the Kitchen and Bar teams to ensure every product meets our standards for presentation, portioning, and timing.
- Cleanliness & Safety:_
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment. Ensure compliance with WHS and food safety requirements, and take immediate corrective action when needed.
- Financial Performance:_
Assist the GM with achieving sales and profitability targets, controlling costs, and forecasting labour and inventory needs. Think like an owner — make decisions that drive growth and efficiency.
- Culture & Energy:_
Help create the “vibe” - music, lighting, pace, hustle, smiles. Because the energy we create is the experience our guests feel.
