**About the role**:
Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, you will be empowered to bring your unique perspective and expertise to help our contractors through the onboarding/registration process.
This isn’t your average call-centre job
You will be the key contact for ensuring successful onboarding/registration of new contractors by proactively phoning invited contractors throughout their Onboarding journey.
You will support each contractor individually by understanding their business and providing them with the tools required to complete the Prequalification process.
In this role, you will also be using several sales and negotiation techniques to ensure the contractors will proceed with the registration process through to completion.
As a customer service champion, you build rapport easily and go above and beyond to provide a great experience.
