About the Role

You'll play a key role in onboarding new and existing customers, delivering software installations, and providing remote and onsite training to medical practices across Australia to help our customers feel confident and supported from day one.

Key responsibilities:
  • Install Magentus Practice Management Software (PMS) at medical practices
  • Deliver onsite and remote training to doctors and practice staff
  • Conduct group training sessions and respond to customer enquiries
  • Collaborate with the migration team to manage product implementation
  • Build strong relationships and capture insights in the CRM
  • Share customer feedback with development teams to support product improvement
About You

You're a confident communicator who enjoys helping others learn. You're tech-savvy, organised, and thrive in a role that blends onboarding, training, and customer engagement.

You'll bring:
  • Experience in the technology or healthcare industry
  • Prior training experience (highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning and problem-solving abilities
  • A current driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Willingness to travel interstate occasionally
Bonus points for:
  • Knowledge of how specialist practices operate
  • Experience in SaaS software training
