A Technology business that is NOT an MSP or Consultancy which operates nationally, they have a unique and business-critical service offering which they provide.
They have an impressive track record for growth but what is more impressive is how they treat their staff as individuals over numbers. They are based within 5kms outside the CBD. This business is an NFP organization and are looking for an Incident Manager.
**About the position**:
This role necessitates robust leadership skills to steer the incident resolution journey, drive continuous enhancements to existing processes, actively collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure strict compliance with Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP), Business Continuity Plans (BCP), and auditing protocols.
You will be responsible for;
- Incident Oversight & Leadership
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Tooling and Process Enhancement
- Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
- Compliance and Auditing Practices
- Training and Knowledge Transfer
**Required**:
- 5+ years experience in a similar position, previous experience working for an ISP/telecommunications provider.
- Proficient in IT service management, process development and both internal and external communications.
