About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Psychologist to join our team, providing support and solutions for individuals in need of critical incident management and trauma support. This part-time or full-time role will involve assessing clients' concerns, providing short-term solution-focused therapy, and developing strategies to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and provide counseling services to individuals with a variety of presenting issues
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, working autonomously and ensuring best practice
  • Establish networks with internal and external subject matter experts

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience supporting individuals across a wide range of issues
  • Brief therapy solution-focused intervention skills
  • AHPRA registration and a Medicare provider number
  • Critical incident experience
