Senior Psychologist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Psychologist to support our Critical Incident Management and trauma-related initiatives.

This position requires expertise in assessing client concerns, developing effective therapy plans, and providing high-quality counseling services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and a commitment to best practice in client work.

The selected individual will also be responsible for building networks with internal and external subject matter experts to enhance their knowledge and skills.

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience supporting individuals across various issues is required.
  • Brief therapy solution-focused intervention skills are essential.
  • AHPRA registration and Medicare provider number are mandatory.
  • Critical incident experience is preferred.
