Decor Systems is a leading provider of architectural and industrial acoustic linings, as well as wall and ceiling systems. With an in-house production line, we continue to shape extraordinary spaces across Australia.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to drive growth and build strong client relationships in the Sydney and Australian market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote and sell acoustic and architectural products to clients, designers, builders, and contractors
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong client pipelines
- Conduct client presentations and technical product demonstrations
- Provide tailored solutions by understanding customer project needs
- Collaborate with the internal design and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Prepare quotes, respond to tenders, and negotiate contracts
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and product innovations in acoustic design

**Requirements**:

- Relevant university-level qualification in design, engineering, or a related field preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably within the industrial product sectors
- Acoustic qualifications not necessary but favourable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of building materials and the project lifecycle

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
