Inbound Sales Representative

Area Safe Products is looking for an enthusiastic inbound sales representative to join our energetic team in Glendenning, Western Sydney.
**About the role**

5 days per week (7.30am-4pm or 8.30am-5pm), working as part of an energetic, exciting sales & customer service team, completing a range of sales related activities including:

- Answering incoming telephone enquiries regarding product enquiries and customer orders
- Efficiently prepare and follow up customer proposals through to order
- Liaise and coordinate with internal teams and team members
- Upsell and cross sell products
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
- Ongoing outbound phone sales campaigns

**About you**
- Enthusiastic and able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
- Experience in inbound and outbound telephone sales/customer service - preferably B2B
- Ability to learn and retain product information
- Ability to meet and exceed targets including KPIs
- Meet attendance requirements and work without constant supervision
- Be well presented and reliable with honest work ethic
- Have excellent communication, organisational, multi-tasking and time management abilities
- Experience NetSuite ERP program is an advantage
- Be flexible with a can-do, positive attitude
- Produce accurate and quality work, with a great attention to detail.
- Effectively prioritise work and meet required deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
