The role we specifically require is within the Finance Transformation service offering. Finance Transformation is a strategic restructuring of organisation's finance operating model including systems, processes, and operations, aimed at increasing efficiency, enhancing decision-making, and aligning financial functions with broader business objectives using digital technologies and other improvements.

**Your New Role**

With continued growth and strong pipeline, we are now seeking an Associate Director to join our team, with a focus to supporting Finance Transformation engagements across EPM solutions covering planning, budgeting and forecasting, reporting (MI and Financial), and integration of AI in Finance.

**How Are You Extraordinary**

**Functional Operating Model Knowledge**
- Understanding of leading practice across the finance operating model (e.g. in relation to processes and controls, systems, service delivery model) and deep understanding of process dependencies across other functional areas (for example sourcing, human resources etc)
- Ability to provide strategic insights and support decision making across core finance operating model

**Technological Proficiency**
- Deep understanding of how a system implementation project is delivered (e.g. phases, core teams, standard deliverables)
- Advanced ERP / EPM / Cloud technology experience through previous engagements or industry experience (e.g. Oracle EPM, Adaptive, Anaplan, Onestream etc)
- Ability to articulate functional business requirements to technical requirements
- Experience delivering end to end EPM engagements including technical build and deployment

**Delivery Management / Stakeholder Management**
- Ability to lead day to day activities, managing large teams to meet program timelines and identify risks and issues as they arise
- Ability to delegate / oversee tasks to completion
- Ability to form and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior project stakeholders
- Agility and adaptability to navigate and manage key project disruptions

**Communication & Presentation**
- Strong presentation skills and confidence to present to executives on project status, recommendations and outcomes

**Analysis & Problem Solving**
- Ability to articulate data analysis requirements to team members and manage effectively

**Innovation & Continuous Improvement**
- Continually seeking opportunities to improve finance processes and performance

**Your Qualifications**
- Minimum ten years of recent experience in the areas of financial accounting, finance operations, shared services, financial planning & analysis, and accounting ideally in a consulting environment
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
- Core finance process and finance operating model knowledge and experience
- Working knowledge of ERP/EPM system concepts and general module functionality
- Experience of budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and strategic planning
- Understanding of the major phases of EPM implementation
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a client-ready quality level
- Ability to Travel as required
