Greenstone Partners is a leading independent corporate advisory firm, established in 2003 and specialising in mid-market M&A and corporate advisory. Renowned for delivering global investment banking quality advice tailored to the mid-market, we've advised on over 80 transactions exceeding $10 billion in aggregate value.

Following a very busy year advising on a number of marquee transactions, we are seeking an Associate Director / Director to join our growing team.

This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing banker to step into a transaction leadership role within a boutique firm that combines rigour, autonomy, and entrepreneurial energy.

The Opportunity

  • Execute live mandates across a broad range of sectors and transaction types.
  • Work closely with Partners and clients, enjoying high levels of responsibility, autonomy, and direct client exposure.
  • Be part of a tight-knit, collaborative team with a strong culture and flat structure.
  • Over time, transition into originating your own deals, with the flexibility to shape your career path.

Who You Are

  • You bring 6–10 years of investment banking experience, ideally from a bulge bracket or top-tier advisory firm.
  • You're technically strong and commercially minded.
  • You're entrepreneurial and thrive in environments where initiative is rewarded.
  • Existing client relationships are a plus, but not essential, what matters most is your drive and execution capability.

This is a full-time role based in Sydney, ideal for someone seeking a more dynamic and entrepreneurial environment with a desire to have greater control of their own destiny.
