**Company**
An opportunity has just arisen for an experienced Project OHS Advisor to join a leading specialist Pipeline Contractor on a gas pipeline & infrastructure project in NSW (South of Sydney). Part of an international group, this contractor is at the forefront of the industry and is recognised as a true employer of choice.

**Role**
As a Project OHS Advisor, you will be based on site and be part of quite sizable safety team that will be responsible for ensuring that works are carried out safely and company systems/processed are followed. Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will promote an interdependent value based HSE culture and ensure legal compliance in relation to behaviors of site personnel and use of plant and equipment. This role is offered on a DIDO 10:4 Roster in NSW.

**Skills**
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Writing procedures and developing tools as necessary
- Provide coaching for the development of CRAWs, SWMs and JSAs
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
- Review subcontractor document submissions
- Deliver site HSE inductions and other training as necessary
- Participate in pre-start and toolbox meetings
- Maintain the HSE database for incident reporting and subcontractor mobilisation
- Inspect mobile plant
