Infinity Constructions is seeking a talented, experienced Site OHS Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. The Site OHS Coordinator will work as an integral site team member supporting the site integrated system implementation by administrating the management and control systems, monitoring compliance and following up on outstanding actions to an effective resolution.
Working in HammerTech, this role is responsible for conducting and recording site specific inductions and assisting the subcontractor representatives with HammerTech processes and required uploads.
This role will operate in line with site requirements across 6 days a week.

**Who are we looking for?**
Infinity Constructions is seeking an experienced Site Coordinator who will work closely with Site Managers to provide OHS support and advise and implement the corporate OHS policies, site OHS management plan and administer the site based OHS system to meet their ongoing occupational health and safety responsibilities.
We are ISO and OFSC accredited.
You will report to the Project Site Manager and work collaboratively with the project team and other associated partners.
We require an individual who has well developed communication skills, along with the ability to lead and motivate site teams.
**Key responsibilities (include but not limited to)**
Reporting to the Site Managers, your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Conduct site specific inductions for visitors and workers.
- Ensure that all equipment inductions (including risk assessments) are compliant and uploaded in HammerTech.
- Ensure all SDS’s are current, uploaded and registered in HammerTech.
- Monitor and ensure Electrical Registers are up to date and uploaded in HammerTech.
- Issuing work permits (as trained and competent to do so) and monitor to ensure required regular inspections of permitted activities are conducted by issuer.
- Monitor and ensure Temporary Fall Protection (as trained and competent to do so) has been certified and uploaded in HammerTech.
- Monitor the HammerTech dashboard for:
- Open and overdue issues, following up with responsible function to ensure closure.
- Upcoming equipment/plant/structure services following up where required to ensure conducted in a timely manner and records uploaded.
- Upcoming expirations of licences/competencies/certificates and ensure that they are updated for workers still on site.
- Upcoming SWMS reviews required (both initial and 12 monthly)
- Attend and participate in Subcontractor Premobilisation Meetings as scheduled.
- Perform regular and planned site inspections and document as required. Report findings to key stakeholders.
- Promote a Site Safe culture through consultation (formal and informal), leading by example and immediately acting when hazards are identified.
- Report/recommend and action (within their own trade skill sets) any remedial action of any safety concerns and issue non-conformances (if applicable), investigating reported hazards and recommend controls to both site personnel and sub-contractors.
- Perform task observations (against SWMS).
- Facilitate Toolbox talks.
- Conducting themselves in a non-offensive and courteous manner.
