**Human Resources Coordinator**

With the return of international tourism, we are rapidly expanding and we want you to join our team as our Human Resources Coordinator.

Reporting to the Managing Director, your new role will require you to run and oversee the Human Resources operation in Australia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Responsible of leading the payroll process
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Special project duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

**Requirements**:

- Business, Administration or Human Resources qualification (essential)
- Willing to learn and grow.
- Previous corporate administrative or Human Resources experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Effective people management skills.
- Thrive working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Energetic, focused, and proactive. Gets the job done.

**Salary**: $67,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
