Computer Room Solutions (CRS), now proudly part of the Legrand Group, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to lead our Human Resources function across Australia, Singapore, and India.
This is a true generalist role where you'll be hands-on and strategic - managing everything from payroll and recruitment to learning and development, performance, compliance, and employee engagement.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, L&D, and offboarding.
- Manage weekly payroll across multiple countries.
- Drive employee engagement and leadership capability.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, WHS, and enterprise agreements.
- Collaborate with Legrand ANZ HR to align local practices with global strategy.
- Lead enterprise bargaining and complex employee relations matters.
- Deliver monthly and annual HR reporting to group standards.
What You'll Bring:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in a standalone or senior HR generalist/manager role.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, WHS, and industrial relations.
- Experience with payroll and enterprise agreement interpretation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive, organised, and collaborative mindset.
