We have an exciting opportunity available for a **Resource Allocator - Team Leader** to join our high performance national Workforce Planning team based in SYD/MEL/PER/BNE on a **full-time permanent **basis.

**More about this role**:
To put it simply, as the Resource Allocator - Team Leader you will be responsible to effectively manage the day-to-day requirements of the Resource Allocator Team to ensure that business expectations and KPIs are met, within budget.

**In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are**:

- Direct, coordinate and control the day-to-day operations and activities of the national Resource Allocation Team to ensure each location achieves their daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s.
- Support the Operations & Resource Planning Manager effectively manage the rostering process, systems and data reporting across a labour force of up to 4,000
- Plan and map the utilisation of resources (Resource Allocators).
- Provide leadership, support and guidance to national RA team.
- Provide informal feedback on an ongoing basis and formal feedback through an annual performance evaluation process to identify and develop talent.
- Ensure compliance with established departmental and company guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding internal and external customer care.
- Proactively manage change and coach the team through any new process.
- Foster effective relationships with key stakeholders and their Business Units to ensure the success of any WFP initiatives.

***What do you need to be successful in securing this role?**
- Proven knowledge and experience in a Supervisory role.
- Workforce Planning experience would be highly regarded
- Previous demonstrated experience with staffing, planning and people management
- Advanced computer literacy skills with planning and rostering systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, proactiveness and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work under pressure.
- Ability to model, influence and encourage positive behaviours within the team.
- Knowledge of the airline industry would be highlight advantageous.
- Competent in documentation and records management.
- As you will be working in the Aviation Services industry, you will be required to obtain a clear National Police Check.
