**About us**

Cabin Services Australia (CSA) has been providing cabin cleaning services since 2007 and has grown to become the premier cabin cleaning business in Australia. CSA provides cabin cleaning and associated services to almost 40 different carriers across 8 airports, servicing almost 450 flights per day.

**The opportunity**

We have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced and operationally savvy Human Resource Business Partner to join our team Reporting to the Human Resource Director, this role combines operational and strategic HR practices, building relationships with senior leaders to support them in developing and executing their people strategies. In the role you will be relied upon to provide sound generalist HR advice and quality service across the employee lifecycle. You will have the ability to partner effectively with frontline team members and other site based operational stakeholders to provide end to end HR support. This is a high profile role where you will lead a number of new and existing Human Resources initiatives while driving best practice employee engagement and retention.

**About you**

You will have a ‘can do’ attitude and thrive on operating in a hands-on environment where no two days are the same. Being adept at planning for the future and putting the right solutions in place, all whilst juggling the detail of day-to-day demands, is a must. In addition, the role will support delivery of people projects and initiatives aligned to the wider business strategy.

**The skills and qualifications we are looking for**:

- Previous experience within a similar capacity
- Proven transactional generalist experience, with a dedicated focus on Performance Management, recruitment, policy development and support
- Outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication style and ability
- Excellent use of own initiative
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office suite skills
