Familiarity with the not-for-profit sector and /or the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry (SCHADS) Award would be ideal.

**Must have requirements**:

- 3 - 4 years' experience
- Current Western Australian Drivers Licence
- Own vehicle.
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Willingness to do some time with customer

**Ideal, but not essential**:

- A certificate / tertiary qualification in a relevant area such as Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or Organisational Psychology.
