- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a relevant field.
- 2 years' experience as an HR generalist.
- Strong understanding of Australian industrial relations and HR compliance requirements.
- Good understanding of performance management, workplace investigations, employee relations and handling of grievances, employee lifecycle and operational people and culture functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to be part of an organisation that supports professional growth and rewards efforts.
- Ability to plan and prioritise own work, to take responsibility and utilise initiative for delivering work activities and projects in an effective and timely manner.
