We are currently searching for a full-time, permanent Marketing Assistant to work within our Marketing team. The Marketing Assistant will ultimately support and guide each Property Consultant at Harris by executing their own local area marketing initiatives across print and digital. This role also works closely with the Marketing Coordinator and the rest of the marketing team to create custom marketing collateral and strategies for the company to increase brand awareness and generate enquiry.

**_THE ROLE YOU COULD PLAY _**

This is a rare opportunity for someone who has 1-2 years of experience or has recently graduated from a marketing-related discipline at university, who will thrive in a team environment, build strong relationships, and provide outstanding support to all stakeholders.

There are so many exciting things happening at HARRIS. Within our fast-paced and innovative environment, in this role you will be responsible for:

- Creating and executing agent print marketing materials
- Creating and executing company digital marketing
- Assisting our Property Consultants with their brand
- Driving innovation to promote the brand
- Compliance and brand consistency
- Assisting with the coordination of events
- Administration duties as required

**_WHAT YOU WILL BRING _**
We are a rapidly growing business with big vision, so we need highly adaptable and entrepreneurial team players. We would love to meet you if you have:

- Degree qualifications in marketing, graphic design, or related field
- Proven Adobe Indesign knowledge and experience
- Strong administration, time management, project management and organisational skills, along with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and work autonomously
- Outstanding levels of professional standards and personal presentation with a customer first approach, to be a leading Harris brand advocate
- Real estate experience an advantage however not a necessity
