About us
CSV is a unique organisation within the Victorian public sector. It is founded based on judicial leadership of courts administration. It recognises that each jurisdiction has an administration headed by its own Chief Executive Officer who is accountable directly to the head of that jurisdiction. This reflects their independence as well as the different needs and functions of the courts and VCAT. It also recognises that, at the operational level, there is a need for dedicated, responsive, and specialised support services.
About the role
The role will provide Level 1 & 2 technical support and IT user training to ensure operational service delivery requirements for the new Bendigo Law Courts (BLC) are met.
This role operates within the CSV Digital area, which is part of Jurisdiction Services (JS), CSV. JS provides support to all Victorian courts and tribunals to assist in the delivery of justice services.
About you
- Experience with providing technical support (Phone and onsite) to end users
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Proven ability to manage and resolve stakeholder IT issues to ensure positive outcomes.
