A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as Acceptance Delivery Lead reporting to the Senior Acceptance Manager.

This role forms part of the Fixed Wireless and Satellite Build team under the Regional Development and Engagement (RDE) business unit within nbn. RDE is accountable for building the digital capability and digital economy of regional and remote customers. The Fixed Wireless and Satellite Build team is accountable for ensuring that nbn delivers network for its fixed wireless and satellite customers to meet new footprint growth, capacity upgrades and network expansion at the required safety, time, cost and quality.

The team is expected to ensure that we provide a high-quality experience to our customers across these access technologies, including effective management of our Managed Service Providers and Delivery Partners.

A bit about your role

You will be part of the Wireless Completions team who provide governance over the contractual and technical compliance at completion of projects by Fixed Wireless delivery partners to ensure operational and financial requirements are met. You will be responsible for completing technical reviews of critical performance KPIs to mitigate risk for Network Operations, manage our inventory/asset reporting and project/commercial Closure.

A bit about you

You will boast extensive experience within an operational environment with particular focus on Wireless network completion and handover functions as well as previous experience with network acceptance quality and audit management responsibilities for Wireless network build in a multi-vendor environment.

Your ability to analyse data to ensure network performance criteria are met coupled with strong attention to detail and excellent stakeholder management skills will also see you succeed in this role.
