About The Role
As the Delivery Lead, you'll play a key role in integrating Origin's Broadband (sales & service) operations into Kraken and supporting our transition to an in-house customer service model. You'll lead the delivery of key change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition for our customers and contact centre teams while driving improvements across systems, processes, and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the business integration of broadband customer service into Kraken, ensuring seamless delivery of change initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement process, system, and operational improvements.
• Manage service-related queries and oversee the creation of training materials, briefing packs and process updates.
• Facilitate planning, prioritisation, and delivery of key initiatives using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Deliver effective stakeholder management, influencing outcomes across business and technical teams.
• Monitor and report on delivery progress, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and customer outcomes.

About You
You're an experienced delivery or operations leader with strong telecommunications knowledge and a passion for enabling great customer experiences. You're comfortable working across complex change programs and know how to bring people together to deliver results.

You'll also bring:

• Proven experience in business integration, operational delivery, or change implementation, ideally within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on sustainable solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to turn ideas into actionable plans.
