Our client, a leading construction organisation, is looking for a Delivery/ Iteration Lead to join their team on a daily rate contract, based in Melbourne. You will facilitate adoption of a common Data & Analytics cadence/ operations and system of work. Adapting/ adopting ways of working and practices being established in their Enterprise Data Program into BAU functions and operations.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Support delivery managers by responding to queries, identifying requirements, reporting progress of delivery, managing acceptance
- Help develop internal team in adopting fit for purpose Agile delivery model/cadence - understand objective/target state, current ways of working, mentor, and support iterative change to evolve delivery management.
- Implement Delivery Lifecycle - phases and progress of delivery through structured lifecycle.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, fit agile practices where appropriate.
- Work with managers and delivery teams to fit agile practices to reality of work profile, team and to develop systems of work.

**Key Skills**:

- 5+ Years experience working in Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, Data Delivery domains.
- Agile coaching, practices/methods and implementation into teams, adoption of Jira/Confluence.
- Delivery management/iteration management and leadership of technical delivery teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
