**YOUR ROLE**
We are excited to advertise for a Manager, Insights to join our team. This is a unique opportunity as you’ll deliver performance analysis and insights for the Intermediated Insurance Australia (IIA) Division. You will use your advanced technical and analytical skills along with business acumen to interrogate data to provide insights and influence portfolio, distribution, claims and product strategy. You will make recommendations to address current and anticipated performance gaps and growth opportunities.

As well as taking ownership of the newly created Insights function, you’ll provide technical leadership and effectively coach business performance staff working on projects to ensure delivery of relevant project milestones. You’ll use your solid stakeholder management skills to develop and drive analytical requirements that support business improvement.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated experience in the general insurance industry with a strong understanding of all parts of the insurance value chain
- Developed leadership skills with a proven ability to role model values and behaviours
- Strong analytical capability with an understanding of performance metrics and their drivers
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong stakeholder relationship management capability at all levels of management
- Strong oral and written communication/presentation skills.
