**Consumer Insights Manager**

Exciting opportunity to be a thought leader and provoke healthy debate on internally held perceptions and frameworks on Consumer/Shopper behaviour to assist in Growth for the organisation

Are you the person to shape things up?

**Responsibilities**
- Implement Methods and Tools to build the knowledge base to support internal stakeholders to understand the target consumer and support their Consumer knowledge agenda
- Effectively define, plan & implement an annual research program across consumer & Shopper to address anticipated information needs of the business
- Conduct consumer, shopper, retail, product, media, competitive and customer analysis to support business with relevant data, information, and insights
- Work together with Brand Builders on the consumer related activities for the brand aligned to the agreed upon strategy supporting the decision makers.
- Synthesise consumer and shopper understanding from diverse sources, uncover insights and connect the dots to input into business and brand strategy
- Proactively organise and facilitate brand strategy and innovation workshops as needed

**You will have**:

- Extensive experience in Market Research & Insights from an agency & client-side experience highly preferred
- Excellent understanding of marketing strategy and brand building in a commercial environment.
- Demonstrated ability to add value to research process, translating consumer insights into implications
- Excellent communicator - championing insights whilst working in a team
