The role will work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders to proactively develop strategies for reconciliation initiatives. The role will lead RAP projects, implementing a range of value-add inclusive initiatives whilst engaging Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders, including Elders and community groups. The role will have a continuous improvement responsibility to support Jacobs to embed reconciliation practices with the aim to adopt a ‘Stretch’ RAP at the completion of our ‘Innovate’ RAP This role will work closely with and support our First Nations employee population with a focus on high level engagement and retention activity whilst also contributing to strategy and execution of external talent engagement and attraction programs. **Here’s What You’ll Need**: - High level of understanding and awareness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures and issues, and demonstrated ability to engage key Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders - Demonstrated experience in supporting development or delivery of a RAP, or related program - Solid experience in supporting or driving cross-organisation projects and/or change programs - High level of interpersonal, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills - Strong problem solving skills and resolution mindset - Detailed reporting and analysis skills and the ability to translate insights - A proactive, positive and One Team collaborative approach with an ability to navigate and adapt to different people **Jacobs.
