The **Industry Program Manager** role will own design and delivery of NAIC’s industry programs and projects. This will include initiatives delivered by the Centre and in collaboration with partners from industry, government and the research community. To thrive, you will be a strategic and structured thinker who can identify opportunities, form a plan, and drive to execution. Your strong communication, stakeholder engagement and operational skills will be leveraged to develop and execute programs that can deliver scale impact across Australia. Demonstrated success in delivering industry initiatives, programs, curriculum or projects, particularly in the area of cloud technologies or AI, will be strongly regarded but not essential.

**Your duties will include**:

- Through engagement with our partners, lead the curation and creation of industry-facing programs and curriculum which support business success with AI.
- Lead the development and delivery of program, curriculum or project components which may include publication of: frameworks, best practices, courseware, webinars, guidance, and recommendations.
- Develop, manage and continuously improve an online platform which houses these components and makes them available to industry and members. Develop and track measures of success for engagement and use of this online platform.
- Orchestrate processes, approvals and governance (both internal to CSIRO and with partners ) needed for transparent and quality delivery of program or curriculum components
- Foster collaboration, co-design and strong stakeholder engagement internally and with industry partners throughout program design and delivery, to ensure that programs are delivered efficiently and in a fashion that meets the interests of all parties.
- Coordinate feedback from targeted customer groups (e.g. small-to-medium enterprises getting started with AI) to ensure that NAIC’s programs remain effective and relevant.
- Inspire internal and external stakeholders by documenting successes, insights and learnings from industry initiatives, including an internal monthly status summary to core stakeholders.
- Shape the development of National AI Centre’s strategies, programs and processes through proactive sharing of insights, team collaboration and actions.

**Location**: Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra

**Salary**: AU$ 121,455- $ 142,321+ up to 15.4% superannuation

**To be considered you will need**:
**Essential**:

- A strategic and structured thinker who can design a program and curriculum and operationalise delivery
- Demonstrated orchestration of industry programs and components which have resulted in success
- Ability to extract insights and trends and use these to shape and influence strategy and tactics
- Effective communicator who can co-design and collaborate with diverse range of stakeholders
- A proven ability to foster effective relationships, using complex influencing strategies to ensure alignment between client or stakeholder needs and organisational objectives.
- A history of anticipating and successfully resolving technical, management and administrative issues, which have potential for impact at a strategic level.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience leading programs, curriculum, projects or initiatives related to cloud or AI technology

**Eligibility**:
The successful applicant will be required to obtain and provide a National Police Check or equivalent.
