**The Role**:
This Government Authority is seeking an AV Support Technician to join their team and provide audio visual assistance and support to the organisation.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer and technical support to for internal and external clients in meetings both in-person or virtual.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve issues relating to AV systems are they arise, escalate matters to the Senior Audio-Visual Officer where applicable.
- Review and analyse video conferencing activities and make recommendations on improvements.
- Have strong communication skills and enjoy working both autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Provide 1st level telephone and remote support for virtual conferences, events and meetings.

**Experience **& Prerequisites**:

- A minimum of 4 years experience as an Audio Visual Technician is required.
- Experience supporting video conferencing infrastructure and AV equipment.
- Sound understanding of networking and internet telecommunications.
- Prior Public Sector experience would be ideal.
- To be applicable you must be an Australian Citizen with full working rights.
