**About the role**:
**Porsche Centre Perth** is currently seeking a bright, well-presented and customer-focused
**Customer Relations Officer/Service**
**Receptionist **with a professional phone manner to join our Service department

**The duties of this role will include**:

- Answering telephone calls in a timely manner
- Contacting customer due for annual service
- Assisting with service customer enquiries, both over the phone and face to face
- Updating repair orders as required
- Completing service banking
- Following up parts orders
- Logging telephone calls as required
- Invoicing, filing and general administration duties

**You will ideally possess**:

- Passion for Customer Service and Sales
- A professional phone manner, with the ability to always maintain a smile
- Strong multi-tasking capabilities
- Exceptional customer service skills, even under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt to new computer systems quickly and efficiently
