Motel Relief Manager

Experienced Motel Manager Wanted – Live-In (4 Days/Week) | SE QLD

We are seeking a reliable, individual or couple experienced in Motel Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our well-established motel located in South East Queensland. This is a live-in role while on duty (4 days per week), ideal for someone looking for a stable, hands-on position with a supportive team and great work-life balance.

About the Role:

• Live-in while on duty (accommodation provided during your 4 working days)
• Oversee guest check-ins/outs, reservations, and customer service
• Manage housekeeping staff and maintenance requests
• Ensure smooth operation of all motel facilities
• Handle basic bookkeeping and reporting duties

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in motel or hotel management (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on approach and ability to work independently
• Tech-savvy with experience using booking/property management systems
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to South East Queensland
• Applicant/s must have an ABN.
