**About the Role**
- Ecospective project team is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team. We have a robust residential project pipeline, ranging across the Northwest growing suburbs. Reporting to the Project Director, you will be managing promotional campaigns and marketing plans, social media management, brand events, activates coordination and develop article content.

**Your Responsibility**
- You will be a real brand ambassador to promote our business and our residential real estate projects. With this role, you will be responsible for overall marketing and brand strategies to support the continuing growth of our projects and company. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Assist in organizational marketing strategies to generate leads and create brand awareness
- Conduct all marketing material including social media and all content
- Creation of online digital advertising campaigns (e.g. YouTube, Google AdWords)
- Review campaign performance data and explore and suggest data-driven decisions and strategies.
- Co-ordinate all marketing activities and public events.
