We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our ecommerce brand as a Customer Service Representative and Junior Marketing Assistant. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our brand's reputation. We are specifically looking for a self-starter who wants to take initiative, learn through doing, and grow within our business.

Located in Chatswood, we are a premium haircare brand devoted to providing environmentally friendly hair care products for women. As an e-commerce business, we sell to customers all over the world and our products can be found in selected hair salons and retailers across Australia.

Customer Support:

- Utilise Shopify Platform to accommodate customer requests for order changes, issuing discounts and replacements of faulty/missing goods
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our haircare products, including personalised recommendations
- Resolve all parcel shipping delays and disputes by liaising with local post and international courier services to ensure adequate delivery of parcels
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms.
- Inspect and process all parcel returns and resolve customer complaints

Junior Marketing Assistant Duties:

- Assist with influencer management, including identifying potential influencers,, managing database, maintaining relationships, and coordinating collaborations.
- Support the marketing team in executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new social media trends and opportunities.

Ad Hoc Tasks:

- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
- Adapt to changing priorities and assist with other tasks to meet the demands of the business.

**Skills and Experience**
- Shopify knowledge highly regarded
- Experience in online retail, sales, or administration / support role
- Interest in the hair and beauty industry
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Familiarity with social media platforms, creative content abilities is a plus
- Self-motivated, team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chatswood, NSW
