We’re Apollo Films — a creative video production and storytelling agency that helps brands become visible, trusted, and in demand. We also run sought-after workshops and courses that empower business owners to grow their confidence and influence on camera and online.

We're looking for a proactive **PR & Marketing Assistant** who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help us amplify our brand — and our clients’ — across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Social Media Content Creation**: Write captions, create engaging posts, and edit short-form video content (Reels, Stories, TikToks, etc.)
- **Engagement & Outreach**: Actively connect with people on social media, spark conversations, and promote our courses with authenticity and heart
- **PR & Visibility**: Find podcasts, events and locations where we can appear on and opportunities to teach or present our workshops and courses.
- **Ad Management**: Set up, monitor, and optimise Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- **Online Promotion**: Post our services on relevant websites and forums to attract leads

You’re a Great Fit If You:

- Have 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or PR (or can prove you’re awesome even without that)
- You are hard working and willing to provide daily reporting and weekly reporting on your progress.
- Know your way around Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, Mailchimp, and basic video editing tools
- Are a natural communicator who can write with clarity, confidence, and energy
- Are proactive, organised, and excited to work in a creative environment where no two days are the same
- Love meaningful storytelling and want to work with a purpose-driven brand

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
