**Your new role**

The purpose of this role is to realise the CRM team's vision to operate a world-class centre of excellence that supports their regional and local markets in crafting CRM programmes that deliver engaging, personalised client experiences across multichannel touchpoints during the client lifecycle.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in activating strategy recommendations for CRM, building and activating customer journeys
- A working understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation technology
- An understanding of GDPR and Data Privacy regulation
- A passion for learning, and a creative eye for detail
- Experience of the retail financial environment would be an advantage
- Strong stakeholder, project management and collaboration skills
