**About the Role**:Grill'd Healthy Burgers is searching for a passionate and highly productive CRM Coordinator to join our team. You will support the CRM & Loyalty and broader digital teams in developing and implementing customer-centric strategies that will help build the next generation of Grill’d fans.

In this exciting position, you’ll play a key role in managing Grill’d’s leading loyalty program, **Relish**. As the CRM Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of enhancing our campaign offerings and championing our members by executing loyalty and CRM strategies.

**What You’ll Do**:

- ** Execution**: Build, test, and launch member communications via Salesforce, overseeing audience segmentation, journey building and communication templates.
- ** Data & Insights**: Analyse campaign results with our Data team and identify actionable insights to improve program performance. Monitor dashboards, package data for reporting, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- ** Stakeholder & Vendor Management**: Liaise with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Data, Legal) to deliver key insights and ensure timely project delivery.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Experience in a CRM/Loyalty role, with a proven track record in customer journey management, segmentation, and testing strategies.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
- Experience with enterprise-grade CRM and marketing automation tools. Salesforce experience would be highly regarded.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights using tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of HTML & CSS is desirable.
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
