**About the role**: The Public Enquiry Service Division, Regulatory Services Department is responsible for National Police Checking and Fingerprinting Services, Traffic Accident reports and Crime reports for Insurance purposes. **If you are customer focused, have a strong commitment to service delivery and wish to contribute to making a difference in the community by helping us meet our objective to deliver a safer Victoria, we want to hear from you. We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, team orientated and conscientious staff for a variety of roles within Public Enquiry Service Division. Successful applicants will undertake a broad range of administrative duties to ensure the smooth running and effective delivery of services to support the Victorian community.
