**About the role**:
The Public Enquiry Service Division, Regulatory Services Department is responsible for National Police Checking and Fingerprinting Services, Traffic Accident reports and Crime reports for Insurance purposes.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, team orientated and conscientious staff for a variety of roles within Public Enquiry Service Division. Successful applicants will undertake a broad range of administrative duties to ensure the smooth running and effective delivery of services to support the Victorian community.

**Your duties will include**:
- Assessing accuracy and completeness of information in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with confidentiality and privacy obligations and other legislative requirements.
- Providing exceptional customer service, including ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded by taking ownership of assigned tasks and striving to track, follow up, and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Utilising exceptional and empathetic verbal and written communication skills while addressing customer support challenges.
- Contribution to building and maintaining our knowledge base and training materials.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required.
**About You**:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adjust communication style and messages to ensure clarity of understanding.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Customer service experience with a commitment to excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain good working relationships.
- Ability to accurately maintain and use a range of electronic and manual records and information systems.
- Ability to deal appropriately with sensitive, private and confidential information.

- These positions are located at Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.
