Corporate Services Unit provides OPA with a range of business enabling functions including Finance, IT/Communications, Human Resources and Administration Services.
About the Role
The IT Support Officer reports directly to the IT Systems Manager and is responsible for providing a range of hardware and software related services to OPA staff and Regional Convenors (RCs), who are volunteers within the Community Visitors Program.
About you
- Demonstrated experience in providing support for desktop equipment and LAN's using the following Operating system Windows 10 and 11.
- Knowledge of MS Office 365, Visual Basic for Applications, Q-Master/Touchpoint, Softphone, TRIM, Virus software and Backup software. A knowledge of Resolve is also desirable.

This includes evidence of three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine required by the department (from time to time).

COVID-19 digital certificate(available via your myGov account)
Your immunisation history statement (available via your myGov account)
Other documentation outside the above will not be accepted as evidence of having received your COVID-19 vaccine doses.
