**Public Sector People (PSP) **are currently looking to speak to a
**Freedom of Information Officer Officer to **join a Local Government on a contract to commence ASAP for an initial 3 month contract with the potential for further on-going opportunity.
- _Immediate start_
- _Local Government experience desirable_
- _FOI experience essential_
- _Located in Melbourne's north suburbs_

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience in local government records and information management
- Demonstrated experience in the administration of FOI and Privacy legislation
- Highly developed written communication skills to enable preparation of correspondence
- Ability to engage the support and cooperation from other Departments in gaining resolution of FOI and privacy compliance issues
